If you've worked with us before, here's some news: We are now Waypoint Mortgages.
Before you wonder what's changing, here's the short version: nothing about how we serve you is different. Same team. Same brokers and agents you know and trust. Same access to Ontario's top lenders. Same license, same office in Cornwall, and the same commitment to finding you the right mortgage at the right rate. The only things that've changed are our name and our look.
Why the change?
We got our start right here in Cornwall, and this community will always be home. But over the years, our reach has grown well beyond it. More and more of the people we work with- first-time buyers, growing families, renewers, investors, are calling us from across Eastern Ontario and beyond, and today we're proud to serve homebuyers and homeowners right across the province.
That growth is a big part of why we felt it was time for a new name. Waypoint Mortgages is a name built for where we are today: a brokerage rooted in Cornwall and focused on guiding clients across Ontario.
We chose the name Waypoint because that's exactly the role we want to play in your financial life: a trusted point of guidance at every stage of your mortgage journey, whether you're buying your first home, renewing, refinancing, or investing in property.
